Star Farm (Middle-grade Novel), Spokane, WA
Someone is stealing stars. Twelve-year-old Mattie must find the thief, reunite her family, and defend the village’s buried secret, before the whole sky goes dark.
“Star Farm contributes to the new fantasy/folklore canon that gives queer and gender-nonconforming characters voice, helping shift the hetero-cis normative perspective that still dictates how stories and dreams are built.”
