2018 marked the inaugural First Pages Prize, created by The de Groot Foundation to highlight emerging authors. Emerging authors are encouraged to submit the first 5 pages of a fiction or creative nonfiction manuscript.
The 2018 winner was Adam McCulloch, with Kristy Keller, Runner Up.
