Fanély Gouguet is a French writer, who started off her writing journey with a middle-grade novel Les Aventures de Philibert au Sri Lanka, published in France by L’Harmattan in 2005. A conceptual copywriter by trade, advertising taught her the power of bare language and visual thinking. Another visual medium, picture books give a voice to her inner child. Winner of the Act Bedford and Content Created 2023 competition, her 30’ comedy, No Filter, was broadcasted as a radio play in the UK. As the SCBWI Regional Advisor for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (BENELUX), she organises monthly literary events.
