A Venezuelan immigrant living in São Paulo falls in love with a Syrian refugee who mysteriously disappears and embarks on a search that will lead him to face his own loneliness and displacement.

George is a Venezuelan writer-director. He studied film directing and Screenwriting in A.F.I. (American Film Institute). He wrote and directed the feature documentaries: “MARIA Y EL NUEVO MUNDO ” and “SIN VUELTA” “THE WOMAN WHO CRIES” his first fiction feature as writer-director, is currently in post-production. George is now based in Brazil, and recently worked as a screenwriter in the fiction series “OS IRMÃOS FREITAS” directed by Walter Salles and Sergio Machado (Amazon Prime Brazil.) He also worked as a screenwriter for the feature films “MARIGHELLA” directed by Wagner Moura, premiered in Berlin, and “RIO DO DESEJO” directed by Sergio Machado, premiered at Tallin Black Nights.
